To register for the Congress, please complete the on-line Registration Form.
After filling the on-line registration form you will receive the password by e-mail. Please use this password to fill in the abstract submission, accommodation and tour forms.

* A certificate signed by the head of the university or institutional department and stamped with the official stamp must be attached to the registration.

Registration fee for delegates and residents covers:

* Congress materials
* Coffee breaks, lunches (lunch boxes)
* Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

* Admission to industrial exhibition
Registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of the Registration Form and the payment a letter of confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present the letter of confirmation at the Registration desk at the Congress to pick up your Congress materials.
Please note the deadline March 1, 2006 to benefit from the reduced rates. Registration Forms without payment cannot be processed. Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the Registration Form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat on March 1, 2006 at the latest. Late registration fees will only be confirmed if it is received on June 19, 2006 at the latest. If your completed Registration Form and the payment or a proof of the payment are received by the Organising Secretariat before June 19, 2006 you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by mail, fax or e-mail.
Registration Forms received after June 19, 2006 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any Registration Form or payment. You will have the possibility to register onsite.
MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Organising Secretariat – GUARANT International – must be notified in writing of any changes or cancellations of registration. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 20 EUR for any change of registration.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation:
* Cancellations before March 1, 2006 > full refund of the registration fee less 50 EUR handling fee
* Cancellation from March 2, 2006 till April 26, 2006> refund of 50% of the registration fee
* Cancellations after April 27, 2006 > no refund
Name Change
If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to IFHNOS Congress Secretariat.
A handling fee of 20 EUR will then be charged for each name change.

Please note that all payments made by bank transfer must be net of all bank charges.
* Credit card Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted only.
Please state the credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name and card validation code (CVC), which is printed on the reverse side of your credit card on the signature panel.
Credit Card Payment Authorization Form with your signature must be faxed to Organising Secretariat fax +420 284 001 448.
According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency – Czech crowns (CZK). The Congress Secretariat will use the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR=approx. 31 CZK. <

WELCOME RECEPTION

Welcome reception will take place within the exhibition area in the Prague Congress Centre providing a beautiful view of Prague. This venue is an ideal place for everybody to reveal the beauties of Prague.
Price: Included in the registration fee.
GALA DINNER
Thuersday, June 29, 2006 20:00 – 23:00
Gala Dinner will take place in the historic halls of the Prague Castle. Transportation from the Prague Congress Centre will be provided.
Price: Included in the registration fee. Extra ticket can be bought for 70 EUR.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS TOUR – Prague Castle Tour
Wednesday, June 28, 2006 10:00 – 14:00
The half-day sightseeing tour of the Prague Castle, which is the seat of the Czech President, includes the Royal Palace, the seat of the kings of Bohemia with the Vladislav Hall, The St. Vitus Cathedral from the 14th century, St. George’s Basilica with its treasury of old Czech art, Baroque paintings and sculpture, the Royal Garden and the Golden Lane whose famous inhabitants included the writer Franz Kafka. You will have an opportunity to admire a variety of architectonic styles showing the progress of European architecture throughout the centuries.
Price: Included in the accompanying person registration fee.
